A spreadsheet that does the math for you.
Type in your readings. The BP Log workbook works out morning and evening averages, guideline categories, charts and a report you can print for your doctor.
Type in your readings. Get the whole report.
Your name, your doctor's target and your morning and evening cutoff, plus how to measure correctly.
One row per reading. Fill in the white columns and the rest calculate: morning or evening, category, in target, pulse pressure, MAP. Holds 2,000 readings.
Pick last 7, 30 or 90 days, all readings, or custom dates. Averages, a stat grid, category mix, morning versus evening, trends, highs and lows.
Print-ready, laid out like the BP Log app's report. Page 1 is the summary, page 2 the daily morning and evening log.
Each day's morning and evening averages and category. It feeds the Dashboard and the report, so you never touch it.
Lying or sitting versus standing at 1 and 3 minutes. Flags a drop of 20 systolic or 10 diastolic.
MAP and pulse pressure calculator, a category checker, and the 7-day home protocol averager.

BP Log Excel Workbook
Is it a subscription?
No. The workbook is a one-time $9 purchase. You download the .xlsx file and it is yours to keep.
Will it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. It uses only formulas that Excel 2016, Excel for Mac, Excel for the web and Google Sheets all support, with no macros. Upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
Where are my readings stored?
In the file, wherever you save it: your computer, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or a USB stick. We never see it. There is nothing to sign in to.
Do the numbers match the BP Log app?
Yes. Categories follow the 2025 ACC/AHA guideline with the same thresholds the app uses, morning and evening are split at the same cutoff, and the averages are tested against the app's own calculations.
Can I break the formulas by accident?
The calculated columns and sheets are protected (with no password), so typing in the wrong place shows a warning instead of breaking anything. You can unprotect a sheet if you want to customize it.
How do I get the file again later?
Your download link works for 30 days. After that, enter your purchase email at bplog.cc/license and we will send a fresh link.
What is your refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Reply to your purchase email or write to [email protected].
