The quickest way is from the app itself: Settings → Contact Support. It opens an email with your app version, device, and Support ID already filled in (never any of your readings), so we can help without a back-and-forth.

Common questions

How do I fix or delete a reading?Open Reading History (Settings → Reading History), tap the reading, then change it or tap Delete Reading. While you're still taking a guided reading, tap Fixon any reading you've already entered to correct it or retake it. Available from version 1.0.2.

I redeemed the free Lifetime code but still see the upgrade screen. Close BP Logcompletely, open it again, then go to Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you redeemed with. If that doesn't unlock it, email us your Support ID (Settings → About) and we'll sort it out.
