Your data goes to your own Google Drive, never to us.
There is no BP Log server that stores readings, because we did not build one. Backups travel straight from your computer to the account you pick.
Sign in with Google in your browser. BP Log creates a BP Log Backups folder in your Drive and, with Google's drive.file permission, can only see the files it made there.
Point backups at a folder in iCloud Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox and their app syncs it. You can also use a USB drive.
Add a backup password and every snapshot is encrypted with AES-256 before it leaves your computer. Your Google sign-in is kept in your operating system's keychain.
Install BP Log, connect the same Drive or folder, and restore. Seven daily and four weekly snapshots are kept.

Is this a subscription?
No. BP Log for Mac and BP Log for Windows are each a one-time $19 purchase. There is no subscription and no account.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Every feature works during the trial. After 14 days without a license the app becomes read-only: you can still open it, see your readings, export them and back them up. Your data is never held hostage.
Do I need separate licenses for Mac and Windows?
Yes. They are sold separately, and a Mac key unlocks the Mac app only, a Windows key the Windows app only. You can use your key on up to 3 of your own computers on that platform.
Where are my readings stored?
On your computer. If you turn on backup, snapshots go straight from your computer to your own Google Drive (a folder called BP Log Backups) or to a folder synced by iCloud Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. They never pass through a BP Log server.
What can BP Log see in my Google Drive?
Only the files the app itself creates. BP Log asks for Google's drive.file permission, which lets it see and manage the backup files it made and nothing else in your Drive. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which revokes access at Google.
Can I move my readings from the BP Log phone app?
Yes. Export a CSV from the iPhone or Android app and import it on your computer. There is no live sync between phone and computer.
Does the license need the internet?
No. The key is checked on your computer, offline. When you are online the app may occasionally check whether a key was refunded, but it never needs that check to open, show or export your data.
What if I lose my license key?
